Monmagnet provides Reinforcement Steelfixing and Formwork services for medium to high-rise apartment developments across the Sydney, Brisbane, and Gold Coast Metropolitan region. Monmagnetwas established in early 2016 by the founder and director, Sakyen Tatar, and now employs 20 experienced steel fixers and form workers. Our team consists of workers and leading hands with many years of experience in different areas of construction buildings. We follow strict safety guidelines assuring a safe work environment, while strictly complying with the surveyor’s lines and engineering drawings.

We take pride in effectively following project timelines and completing our work on time while offering competitive market prices and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. We are dedicated and committed to our work and aim to provide our clients with the highest level of quality and professionalism that exceeds expectations.

Monmagnet completed numerous projects since its establishment (see below). One of our main customers was an award-winning construction developer, Hyecorp – which built luxury apartments in Lane Cove and Sutherland, NSW. We also provided steel fixers and farmworkers to Lis-con for civil works in the M4-M5 Rozelle Interchange tunnel (WestConnex) in Sydney, and Rocktown for civil works in Bowen Hills, Brisbane (Mayne Yard bridge project).

About the Director: Sakyen Tatar

Sakyen has been a skilled steel-fixer since 2013 and has started his own steel-fixing company in Sydney since 2016. While running the business, Sakyen mastered formwork (experience since late 2016) and completed a Diploma of Building and Construction at NSW Tafe in 2020 and has in-depth knowledge of building construction, Australian building standards, and project management. He is a highly skilled foreman, leading hand, and businessman, proficient in reading all types of building drawings, and has highly effective management, communication, and organizational skills. Sakyen has extensive experience in completing work in both commercial and civil projects.

About the Co-Director: Enayatullah Mohsini

Enayatullah has over 10 years of experience as a formwork carpenter and has completed Certificate IV in Building and Construction at Everthought Education in 2022. He is proficient in reading building drawings, has extensive experience being a leading hand (completed numerous high-rise apartment projects in Canberra and Sydney), and ensures Work safety and compliance are strictly followed on a construction site.
